I offer a 15 minute complimentary call to answer any questions you have before beginning your counselling journey.

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I currently offer online and in-person sessions.

I want to acknowledge that I reside and work on the unceded, ancestral and traditional lands of the Coast Salish peoples. I am deeply grateful for the privilege to move, play, and learn on these lands. I strive to create an inclusive space; where people can show up as they are, free of judgement.
